The work
Fabrication and assembly of metal structures from technical drawings: Read and understand technical drawings (図面) and the shape of the product Assemble large iron and steel components Weld (溶接) during the assembly process Assemble and fabricate steel-frame structures (鉄骨組立) Process and make various steel components to specification Example work: frames and stands for industrial machinery, mold storage racks, boiler tank components, equipment access stairs, gas silencer tanks, modular steel structures, building and installing indoor structures, guard posts for automotive companies, arch-shaped table base frames, indoor knock-down stairs, galvanized stairs for outdoor machinery, stainless steel pipes, gas cylinder stands, and processing of various steel materials.
Who we are looking for
- Japanese level
- N4
Requirements
- Passed the Specified Skilled Worker test for Industrial Product Manufacturing, or completed a relevant Technical Intern Training programme
- Japanese ability of at least JLPT N4 or JFT-Basic A2
- Able to read and understand technical drawings (図面)
- Experience or skill in metal fabrication and welding (溶接)
- Experience in steel-frame assembly (鉄骨組立)
- Works carefully and follows work instructions
