The work
Opening staff for a new home hospice (91 beds, opened November 2024). You care for patients with terminal cancer and serious neurological diseases (Parkinson's, etc.) so they can spend their remaining time peacefully, working together with nurses. • Personal care: bathing, bed baths, toileting, meals, transfers, repositioning, oral care, dressing • Daily support: cleaning, disinfection, linen changes, preparing and serving meals • Responding to nurse calls and managing supplies • Multi-disciplinary teamwork and communication with families

Requirements
- Work experience at a care facility in Japan
- Certified Care Worker Initial Training (former Home Helper Level 2) or higher
- One of these visa conditions: currently working on an SSW (Caregiving) visa and wishing to change jobs, OR completed (or about to complete) Technical Intern Training (ii) in caregiving satisfactorily
Only for candidates ALREADY IN JAPAN (SSW Caregiving holders changing jobs, or Technical Intern Training (ii) caregiving graduates). Candidates in Indonesia without Japanese work experience are not eligible.
Other requirements
- Preferred: completed Practical Training or certified care worker (Kaigo Fukushishi)
- Preferred: JLPT N4 / N3
- Preferred: palliative or end-of-life care experience
Pay and benefits
- Salary
- ¥258.700〜¥402.100/bulan
- Allowances
- Base pay: ¥190,000 – ¥270,000 Care-worker improvement allowance: ¥53,700 – ¥72,100 Job allowance: ¥10,000 Qualification allowance: ¥5,000 – ¥10,000 Night shift: ¥8,000 per shift Commuting: up to ¥30,000 a month

Notes
- Day shifts only: ¥258,700 – ¥362,100 a month (about ¥3.48 – 4.88 million a year)
- With 5 night shifts: ¥298,700 – ¥402,100 a month (about ¥4.36 – 5.36 million a year)
- 3-month probation (same conditions)
- Documents: CV and work history, both sides of residence card, qualification certificates, TITP (ii) certificate or test results
