Agriculture – Cucumber Cultivation (Kyuri Saibai)

The work

New greenhouse staff handling all cucumber-growing work: harvesting and crop care (removing leaves, tying and training the vines, etc.). Most of the work is simple and repetitive.

Who we are looking for

Gender: Male
Japanese level: N4

Requirements

Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) qualification in agriculture
Japanese: JLPT N4 / JFT-Basic A2
Applicants already living in Japan

This job is physically very demanding. The company will check this before you start, but if it turns out after starting that you cannot manage the work, you will be asked to resign.

Other requirements

Able to work as instructed and confident in your physical strength
Punctual and willing to work long term

Pay and benefits

Salary: ¥1.196/jam (±¥229.632/bulan bila kerja 24 hari)
Cut-off & payday: Books close at month end, paid on the 10th of the following month
Housing: Housing available. Rent ¥20,000 a month (deducted from pay); utilities charged by usage.
